Virtual coaching sessions are scheduled, whereas online coaching offers flexibility for clients to access resources and guidance at their convenience. The question to ask yourself is, “What type of accountability works best for me?”

Carolyn is a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes via phone or Zoom, based on your preference.
